All of the above mentioned social initiatives will need the help of solid research and analysis that helps bring about a trustable roadmap for each dispute at every level of human interaction.
The action-research team will curate all the data collected by the local community mediators, researchers and survey persons to get an all-round understanding of the disputes at each level and to provide a bi-annual report on all conflicts and respective conflict resolution interventions or initiatives in each area that ICMCR is active in or aims to conduct any form of conflict resolution in. The respective action-research documents released by the action-research team will in theory prove that peace is possible. This piece of document will play an instrumental role in expanding knowledge base on conflicts and conflict resolution as well as executing the designated initiatives and interventions suggested in the document as well as suggested by the people involved in the process.
